JSC Belaruskali is one of the world's largest producers and exporters of potash fertilizers. According to the International Fertilizer Association, it accounts for one fifth of global potash production.
The history of Belaruskali dates back to 1958 when the construction of the First Soligorsk Potash Plant was started.
JSC Belaruskali produces products that meet the highest requirements and are recognised with prestigious international awards. These facts allow the company to successfully compete with foreign producers and export its products to more than 130 countries.
Mineral fertilizers produced by JSC Belaruskali are sold by JSC Belarusian Potash Company.
Every year Belaruskali increases production volumes, maintains its positions in traditional markets, enters and strengthens its positions in others, and develops and produces new types of fertilizers.
Possessing sufficient mineral resources base and high labour potential, the company copes with different tasks, constantly increasing production efficiency, introducing new equipment and improving technological processes. This complex and multi-type activity is based on the concept of sustainable development of the potash industry in the Republic of Belarus.

Belaruskali includes five Production Units, auxiliary and service divisions (Transportation, Power & Electricity, Repair, Construction, etc.), as well as social and amenity divisions.
Belaruskali is the city’s main employer. Active social policy is the key to successful operation of the industrial giant in Soliorsk region and beyond. Today, Belaruskali supports scientific, cultural and sports programmes, youth policy, and implements various social projects.
