Caring for the future in the present!
During shift No. 4 from the 21st to the 22nd of March, the Processing Plant of the Production Unit No. 4 produced over 6 000 tonnes of concentrate, which is an all-time record in the history of the Production Unit.
High performance figures were achieved due to the implementation of the PU 4 prospective development programme with an increase in production capacity up to 4.5 million tonnes per year by 2025, namely due to the implementation of the following capital construction projects:
- reconstruction of the process line "A" of the Processing Plant main building with replacement of the dissolver unit;
- technical re-equipment of the Production Unit. Replacement of the 4th set of clarifiers at the process line "B";
- replacement of the drying unit No. 3 with a fluidised bed furnace Q=220 t/h with replacement of the Packaged Transformer Substation-1;
- replacement of surface condensers in the Vacuum crystallisation department;
- reconstruction of the Processing Plant departments for the new adjustable vacuum crystallisation unit.
