The Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter - the Policy) of the JSC Belaruskali (hereinafter - the Company) is developed in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 07.05.2021 № 99-З "On protection of personal data" (hereinafter - the Personal Data Protection Law) to ensure the transparency of processing of personal data and defines the basic principles, objectives, conditions and methods of personal data processing, the lists of individuals and processable personal data in the Company, the Company functions during the processing of personal data, the rights of the individuals involved in personal data and the requirements for the protection of personal data implemented by the Company.
The Policy has been developed taking into account the requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, legislative and other legal acts of the Republic of Belarus in the personal data field.
Provisions of the Policy constitute a basis for development of local legal acts regulating issues of personal data processing of the Company's employees and other individuals related to personal data.
In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 4 of Article 17 of the Law on Personal Data Protection, the Policy shall be made available on the Company's official resources on the Internet.
The Policy covers the following:
Legislative and other legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, which define the Company’s Personal Data Processing Policy.
Key terms and definitions used in local legal acts of the Company, regulating issues of Personal Data Processing.
Guidelines and purposes of Personal Data Processing.
A list of personal data and of the individuals whose Personal Data are processed.
The Company’s role in Personal Data Processing.
Conditions and procedures for Personal Data Processing.
Rights of individuals whose Personal Data is processed.
Measures taken by the Company to ensure the fulfilment of the operator’s obligations when processing Personal Data.
Control over compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and local legal acts of the Company in Personal Data field, including requirements to protection of Personal Data.
