A unique approach to health improvement and care for residents from various regions of our country, CIS and non-CIS countries is the creation of a speleotherapy centre on the basis of a worked-out mine of the company's First Production Unit. At a depth of 420 metres in a special microclimate of underground workings, where the air is saturated with ions of sodium, potassium and magnesium, at a temperature of about 16 degrees, it is effective in curing respiratory diseases and allergies.

JSC Belaruskali provides health care and recreation for its workers, their children and families, pensioners and veterans of the Great Patriotic War at company's own health resort Beryozka, children's health camp Dubrava and at health resorts and children's health camps in the Republic of Belarus.

Concerned for high achievements in sport, Belaruskali is the general sponsor of the football and hockey clubs Shakhter. It is here, on football stadiums and grounds, where sporting battles unfold, attracting large numbers of fans and spectators, which contributes to Belaruskali's image as a company with high social standards and guidelines at the national and international level.
