HONOR

Labour and Culture Awards were presented in the capital on 1 May 2023. JSC Belaruskali became the winner of the 2023 Labour Award of the Trade Union Federation of Belarus in the nomination "For Significant Contribution to the Development of Social Partnership".
The award was presented to Ivan Golovatoy, Director General of the Company, and Andrey Rybak, Chairman of the primary trade union organization of JSC Belaruskali of Belkhimprofsoyuz, by Mikhail Orda, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus.
Another award, another high appreciation of the successful activity of our company!  

On January 25, 2022, state awards and diplomas for achievements in the field of science and technology were presented at the Independence Palace.

State Prizes for the work "Innovative technologies for development of potash salt deposits, development of hi-tech and science-intensive industries and creation of modern import-substituting high-performance equipment for their mining and processing" were awarded to JSC Belaruskali Director General Ivan Golovaty, to the Deputy Technical Director for Mining Operations Andrey Petrovsky, to the Deputy Technical Director for Perspective Development Dmitry Barbikov.  

On 18 January 2021, President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed the Decree No. 18 "On Awarding the State Prizes of the Republic of Belarus in 2020". State Prizes in the field of science and technology for the work "Innovative technologies for development of potash salt deposits, development of hi-tech and science-intensive industries and creation of modern import-substituting high-performance equipment for their mining and processing" were awarded to JSC Belaruskali Director General Ivan Golovaty, to the Deputy Technical Director for Mining Operations – Head of Mining Department  Andrey Petrovsky, to the Deputy Technical Director for Perspective Development - Head of the Prospective Development Division Dmitry Barbikov. 

JSC Belaruskali was put up on the National Board of Honour by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 22.04.2020 for achieving high results in 2019 in social and economic development. Previously, our Company was put up on the Republican Board of Honour following the results of 2014 and 2017.

Our Company won the contest "Brand of the Year 2018" and was awarded the Gold Medal in the Consumer category in the product group "Fertilizer Producers" according to the results of the National Consumer Preference Survey of the residents of Belarus. "Brand of the Year" is the first and only professional contest in the field of marketing and branding in Belarus.

In 2018, at the Chemist's Day celebration the Company was awarded the title of the Best Exporter 2017 in the category of Petroleum Refining, Chemicals and Petrochemicals Industry (companies with an annual export volume of over 25 mln. USD). 

In 2017, JSC Belaruskali received a number of awards following its participation in the contests "Best Exporter 2016" and "Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus 2016". 

Based on the results of 2017, JSC Belaruskali was awarded the consumer recognition award "Narodnaya Marka (eng. National brand)" in the category "Fertilizer Producers". The people's choice was made by completing questionnaires widely available in the media and on the official website of the Award narodnayamarka.by. The questions in the questionnaires were opened without mentioning the names of any particular brand. As a result, 5602 questionnaires were received during the two stages of voting, which amounted to 429449 votes from all regions of Belarus in terms of number of votes given for a particular brand.  

In May 2017, the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced the results of the contest "Best Exporter 2016". JSC Belaruskali and JSC Belarusian Potash Company were named the winners in the category "Oil Refining, Chemical and Petrochemical Industry (companies with an annual export volume of over USD 25 million)". 

JSC Belaruskali was recognized as the winner of the contest "Best Exporter of the Year" more than once over the past decade.  

The objectives of the contest are to inform the population and companies about quality domestic goods (products or services), their promotion in the domestic and international markets; to support Belarusian manufacturers producing competitive goods; to contribute to securing the consumer market of the Republic of Belarus. Information about the goods awarded is posted on the website of the National Standard, in the media and in the catalogue "Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus", which is sent to our country's representative offices abroad. 

In May 2016, JSC Belaruskali was awarded the diploma "Best Exporter of the Year" in the category "Oil Refining, Chemical and Petrochemical Industry (companies with an annual export volume of over USD 25 million)", following the results of the contest held by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Belarus. Over the past decade, the Company was repeatedly recognized as the winner of the contest "Best Exporter of the Year".

In 2015, JSC Belaruskali was awarded the International Quality Summit Award in the Platinum category for product quality and excellence. This unique award is given to large companies and enterprises with a high level of quality performance.

JSC Belaruskali also received a number of international awards, including "Golden Star of Quality" (1993), "Diamond Star of Quality" (1996), 21st International Award for the Best Trade Name (1996), the Arch of Europe (1997) - this award is granted as recognition for quality and excellence of overall business and results achieved, Quality and Performance Excellence Award, and in 2003 the Company won the Century International Quality ERA Award.
