Svetlakov remarked that currently, as never before, the Republic of Belarus is close to the Kama region. "Our nations have always been and remain brotherly. I am happy that now Berezniki and Soligorsk have become twin cities. I am confident that we have a lot of fruitful joint activities in various spheres: cultural, economic, and tourism. Besides, Berezniki and Soligorsk are the centres of potash industry, our industrial enterprises are our core", he pointed out.
