By tradition, at the end of August we celebrate the most important professional holiday for Soligorsk and, more recently, for the miners of Petrikov - Miner's Day.
The potash industry as an industry leader has always held a special position in the development of the economic potential of Belarus in general and Soligorsk in particular. In the mining history there are many famous names and glorious records.
Despite challenging economic conditions, caused by the unstable global situation, Belaruskali mines and processing plants implement investment projects, aimed at production upgrade and safety improvement, work and living conditions of the personnel are being improved, and new technologies are being applied.
Being a miner is one of the toughest jobs in the world, not everyone is able to work in underground conditions. Mining labor strengthens character and creates special people: strong-minded, courageous, reliable and decent. It is not a coincidence that we have so many mining dynasties, where life values and work traditions are passed on from father to son. Your professionalism, responsibility and mutual support inspire deep respect.
Dear colleagues, thank you for your hard and selfless labor, commitment, and willingness to work for the future. We confidently meet the challenges of time, go forward to our goals, develop production, support the city and the country. Special thanks to the veterans who pass on their experience to young miners, maintaining the continuity of generations.
