Aleksandr Gorbachev, Director of Production Unit 3, was solemnly thanked for his significant contribution to the development of production and the high level of expertise.
Aleksander Stefanovich has devoted almost 45 years to our Company. Rise through the ranks from Instrumentation and Control Technician to Head of Production Unit and he now retires with a sense of a job well done.
Ivan Golovaty, Director General of JSC Belaruskali, emphasized: "For decades of work in Belaruskali you have a lot to be proud of!"
Oleg Cherkas, Deputy Director General said: "During our joint work at PU 2, Aleksandr Stefanovich showed by his example how things should be done - with best efforts and with an open heart".
In their speeches, Chief Engineer of PU 3 Aleksandr Dolgikh, Head of Processing Plant PU 3 Nikolay Avramenko, Head of Mine 3 Dmitriy Nasevich noted: "Aleksandr Stefanovich has a genius for leadership, he is remarkable for his devotion for the profession he has chosen ".
The former Director General of Belaruskali Pyotr Kalugin and the former Chief Engineer of Processing Pant PU3 Maria Varava recalled the way they managed to overcome difficulties and achieve successes together.
Cordial words of gratitude were addressed by Dmitry Shvaiba, Chairman of the Minsk Regional Organization of Belkhimprofsouz, and Andrey Rybak, Chairman of the Primary Organization of Belkhimprofsouz of JSC Belaruskali.
The team of PU 3 thanked the manager for the opportunity to implement their professional and creative skills to the fullest extent, and prepared a concert programme for those present.
