колдог.jpgThe Collective Agreement of JSC Belaruskali for 2024-2027 was signed

The signing the Agreement is the result of three-month negotiations between representatives of the employer and employees, members of Belkhimprofsoyuz:

- All existing benefits and guarantees are preserved.

- Amendments and additions improving the social status of employees were introduced. They are primarily related to overshift compensation, the procedure for granting labour and social leave, and the payment of material assistance.

- A number of norms of the Collective Agreement were brought in compliance with changes in legislation.

- The trade union supported the work of the employer in terms of strengthening the technological and workplace discipline, executive and labour discipline, as well as employees' observance of the norms, and rules of social behaviour.

IMPORTANT: The Collective Agreement, except for provisions on working hours and rest time; labour standards; forms, systems and amounts of remuneration; labour protection; guarantees and compensations provided by the legislation, starting from May 1, 2024 applies only to Belkhimprofsoyuz members.

The Collective Agreement comes into effect from the signing date.
